Document Imaging-101 is a course developed by DataVault over seven years ago to fill a void we discovered through offering CompTIA CDIA+ training. Many companies were mandating that their technical & sales staff having anything to do with DM/DI (Document Management / Document Imaging) become CDIA+ certified. As a result, many people would arrive for training without the 18 months required prerequisite. We needed to allot time before and during class to explain the technical terms and methods not comprehended by students.
