EDMS Needs Assessment Training Course

DataVault, Inc. has developed the next step in the document imaging training venue the EDMS Needs Assessment Training Course. DataVault's training program does not end with imparting knowledge and preparing for professional certification. DataVault understands the importance of learning how to complete a document imaging needs assessment: determining business objectives, designing a solution, and reporting to the client. The Needs Assessment is where the rubber meets the road document imaging in practice!

The EDMS Needs Assessment Training Course is not just a class, but a series of tools, guidance documents, and templates that will take any imaging professional through the entire needs assessment process.

The Needs Assessment Tool Kit

Participants of the training program also receive a software application that provides the questions to be asked during a survey and generates a detailed report template that incorporates the information collected during the survey just a couple of the many, many features and tools.

Day 1 focuses on document imaging sales and the components and methods of the document imaging sales cycle. Day 2 is devoted entirely to completing a mock assessment conducting the survey with the provided tool kit, designing a solution, and writing a complete report. When the course is over, the students will have conducted a complete needs assessment!
